Get error when trying to add new blacklisted IP

Hi – until today, the plugin was working great. However, whenever I click on “Add URL,”I am redirected to a blank page, and get the following error message:
https://lavidacomida.com/wp-admin/admin.php?ip-geo-block-auth-nonce=f3286636b8
Is there a limit on how many URLS you can block?
