    Hi BonnieLeePanda,

These files look like partially uploaded files that didn’t upload properly through FTP or something. Not entirely sure. So they might be files you can just ignore.

Maybe login to FTP, download them to your computer, delete from FTP, then upload them again. This sometimes fixes broken permissions.

    Regards,

    Jason

I JUST resolved this with a number of client sites that were failing on BackupBuddy.

Same file, just deleted the file and it works. Something Thesis must do but I dont think you need the file.

Okay, well that’s good to know! I know how to use the wordpress site and know basic html, but someone designed this site for me. So how do I get to the FTP files? Can I do it through WordPress? Sorry, must sound like such a dumb question. I think I can figure it out if you point me in the direction.

You should be able to login to FTP and delete the files. If you know who hosts your website they’ll give you those details or maybe even delete the files for you.

Unfortunately, WordPress probably doesn’t have access to those files if the plugin doesn’t have access. So it might not be possible to do anything to them using WordPress. But you could try a File Manager plugin and see if it will let you.
