Get instant traffic status in Algeria

  • i’m looking for a way to build instant traffic status in Algeria, to monitor how the road is getting .
    I am looking for something similar to this

    is there any plugin that can achieve this ?

    i have already tried out mappress google map wordpress plugin, but just doesn’t show any thing for my contry (Algeria)

    So any help is welcomed .
