Get it to work with User front end post plugin

I created a drop down field in the form for user front end post plugin that will show a list of company names. I added the meta key company_name
Now I want to use your plugin to autolink the company name.
I added the company name and url in your plugin, for example
Wordpress, https://www.ads-software.comI believe this is a custom field so that’s why it’s currently not working. Do you have a function that might do the trick?
