Get link progmatically

I was wondering whether there’s any way to get the preview link and display this on the front end site?

Basically, I have products that can be managed by front end users on a marketing site, so what I want to do is automatically create this preview link when the product is in a pending state, and print this link on the front end of the site so they can preview their product before it goes live.

Would this be possible? I’d also be interested in any support you could provide on automatically generating the link when the front end user create the product in a pending state. at the moment, you need to check the box when saving in the admin area.
