Get list not performed error 500

    Are you able to review the log files? Because error 500 is an server error. Any cache active? Are you using godaddy, then this might be helpfull: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/articles-not-showing-on-page-please-help?replies=4

    Hi,

    This error isn’t a server error. The log files are :

    2014-11-19 22:56:33.728 [INFO] [80.118.000.000:50304-1#APVH_laboutiquedutshirt.com] File not found [/home/***/public_html/500.shtml]
    2014-11-19 22:45:15.402 [INFO] [80.118.000.000:49896-0#APVH_laboutiquedutshirt.com] File not found [/home/***/public_html/500.shtml]

    It’s just a file not found..
    A solution?

    Maybe it’s the “max execution time”.
    Maybe I can’t execute the script..

    Please, if you have a solution .-)

    Hi,

    the log above isn’t really helpful, because it’s just listing the file not found of the error page. Is the problem solved know without any actions?
