Get Logged Out, Unable to Upload Photos

I have the latest install of wordpress on my website. About two weeks ago I would consistently get logged out of wordpress when going to check on comments, uploading pictures, or any other action in the admin screen.

Occasionally the WordPress Logo in the upper left hand side would be displaced and it the dashboard would say it was unable to connect to get my links, wordpress news, etc. When I would refresh the screen it would go away.

The homepage of the site would occasionally load with just the theme and not the content.

Also the site has been running slow especially from the admin menu.

It has happened on multiple browsers and systems. I optimize my databases on a regular basis and repaired them when this started happening. The two most recent plugins that I installed (digg digg and MobilePress) have been deactivated but the issues keep occurring.

I have checked the error logs and there is nothing there that would indicate a problem.

I am at a loss… Any ideas.
