Get mysql error when upgraded

i followed the instructions to upgrade, deleted everything i needed to and when i go to the upgrade page, i get this error at the top:

then i clicked the upgrade button and when i go to my wordpress directory, i get these errors:

so all in all its broken. Can anyone help me get it working again?
