Get orders FROM Paypal

    I have an application where the client sells a particular product with a Paypal button on an external site.

    I know how to send order to Paypal, anyone have any ideas how to automatically GET orders from Paypal? I know I could import by CSV but looking for something that does it more or less in real time.

    Anyone run into this before?
