    I saw the same request, but if you look a bit further you will see it’s only used for the form to request the user manual in the admin panel, so no external services are used for the poll system itself.

    YOP Poll does not use any external resources.
    Everything is hosted on your server and no calls to external links are made.

    Getresponse link is used only for the User Manual form.
