get paid to transfer my wordpress from old host to new host

I hope this isn’t an inappropriate request for this forum but I’ve spent the past two hours trying to transfer the wordpress files (home and sql) from my old host to my new host. All the while, my old website is ‘offline’ since there are no files uploaded. I don’t have much experience with wordpress/ftps/etc and really can’t afford to spend any more time on this. That’s why I would like to hire someone to log into my old account, get all the files, and upload them to the new account. You guys seem to be quite clued up so it shouldn’t take one of you very long. Payment to be made via PayPal.
