Get plugin resources via SSL/https

    Hi guys,

    I noticed that the css resources for your plugin are not provided/requested via https and therefore those resources get blocked which breaks some funcionality in the backend.

    Wordpress is configured for https and all sites are delivered via https.

    Can you help us with that?
