It shows up in most pages on the WordPress admin back-end. Dismissing it only clears it for the current page and it’s back again soon as you go to a different page or reload the current page (e.g. update a WC product). I can understand showing it again after 7 days (say) after it’s dismissed, but every page every refresh is really too much. This wasn’t the case when I started using the plugin about a year ago, so I assume this behavior is not intentional.

    Hi,

We are using an open-source code to add dismissable admin notice. Once it hides, it will not show again before 45 days. In your case, I think other plugins have the same code (maybe an old version) or are using anything else to add a notice, which causes an issue with removing this notice.

can you please share the active plugin list?

Thanks for the suggestion! I have a lot of other plugins installed but I will experiment with this on a staging env and let you know. What open source library are you using for this?

Update: I don’t have any other plugins that use the PAnD library for those notices. But it turns out that I get a 403 error from admin-ajax.php when I try to dismiss the notice. This is almost certainly not your fault – you can probably close this thread.
