Get recipe from wp_head hook

I’m trying to add to the header of my WP the code suggested by google to show the recipe at the top of the searches:
https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/recipesTo do that I’ve created a function to hook to wp_head but when I get the post data I can only retrieve the post text .
Is there a way to retrieve all the recipe data using Post ID ?
