“Get Related Keyphrases” is blank

After seeing the opportunity to add keyphrase synonyms and additional keyphrases if I upgraded to Yoast SEO Premium, I paid for and activated the premium version. Now the buttons for adding synonyms and additional keyphrases have disappeared and seem to have been replaced by “get related keyphrases” which connects to semrush for their “suggestions”.

1. What happened to adding my own synonyms and my own additional keyphrases?

2. Even when I try to go forward with the “get related keyphrases” button, it opens a blank window and does nothing. I’m assuming its hanging or conflicting with something.

Help please!
