Get "Remove" Link to refresh Shopping Cart

When viewing the Shopping Cart, when I click “remove” for an item, the item is removed in the back end but the Cart that’s displayed isnt refreshed to show the change, I have to refresh the page to see the updated cart.

Is there an easy way to get it to automatically refresh the cart or refresh the current page?
