Get rid of Base64 encoding

I am interested in finding someone who knows how to remove the encoding out of three templates I have. I don’t mind giving credit to the designer but it seems like these encodings have gone a little too far with these templates!! If anybody’s interested, please e-mail me at [email protected] .
