    Hi @benjamincreative ,

We are sorry to hear about the issue. Just to confirm and isolate the case, does the
https://friisaalborg.dk/butikker/%category%/ link disappear from the sitemap when you try to remove the filter?

Actually it dosen’t.. but all other links in the list, shows the %category% instead of the primary category…

Could wordpress think that this is the archive page for the category %category% which later in the loop changes by the filter.

I have this structure in permalink for posts: /%category%/%postname%/ but changes this looks like changes nothing…

    Hi,

It looks like you need to modify the filter to exclude this URL https://friisaalborg.dk/butikker from having the primary category. It does seem that https://friisaalborg.dk/butikker is the archive page for /butikker/.

This may require some custom modifications to exclude that URL. Unfortunately, there’s a difference between the support we can offer and the level of programming needed to change (core) features of our plugin. Since we don’t want to take the risk that we break your website by suggesting incorrect or incomplete code, we cannot advise you on how to make such changes. And even though we cannot be of any assistance, you’re completely free to change anything in the plugin to better suit your needs.

We highly recommend checking out?our list of Yoast Partners here https://yoast.com/yoast-partners/ in case you are in need of development.

We will also keep this issue open for 1 week in case someone from the community can help. Perhaps a developer watching these forums can assist further. After which, we will close in order to keep the overview.

Once the URL is excluded clear all your caching and see if the issue resolves. You may also need to go to SEO-General-Features and disable the sitemap, save, (then clear all the caching) and then re-enable it to see if the issue resolves. Doing so will not hurt the SEO of the site.
