get rid of consistent meta box on post edit screen

    A meta box for this plugin shows on every post/page/cpt Add New/Edit screen. I uncheck the option in Screen Options but the meta box comes back every time. I drag it down to the bottom but it ends up near the top in the way next time. How can I hide the meta box permanently?
