Get rid of unusual padding space above the menu

There’s this unusual padding above the menu https://prnt.sc/26mjy5s I would like to get rid of it without code. There must be an option somewhere. Row height is set to 0 so I don’t know what it can be.
P.S. – I’m using the official child theme from here https://docs.themeisle.com/article/985-how-to-create-a-child-theme-for-neve . The main theme doesn’t have this problem.
