get RSS feed to update more frequently

    ANYONE? Seriously, every time I post support questions here nobody replies.

    This is your second post ever. You marked your other one as [Resolved].

    WordPress generates RSS feeds as they are requested. On the fly, so to speak.

    So, your question may get better results if posed to the LiveJournal folks. We can’t really offer much support with regards to how often they check for your feed.
