Get Shortlink -> p?= format

  • I have WP Bitly installed and am getting [ul]two[/ul] buttons in my post editing screen, “View Bitly Link” and “Get Shortlink.” The former displays a bitly link while the latter still displays the p?= formatted shortlink. Is there something I’m doing incorrectly in the setup? I thought all shortlink functions would be replaced by bitly links.

    Well guess what? This was an issue with the Official Bitly plugin, not WP Bitly. I switched over, and the Get Shortlink button works as expected now.
