    Hi,
    I recently installed and activated your payment gateway. The problem is it gets stuck on checkout page and doesn’t proceed.
    5.3.2 WordPres
    Astra theme.

    When the Klarna Payments options are selected in your checkout, the KP iframe should load and display the details of the Klarna offer(s), as can be seen at this KP demo store: https://demo.krokedil.se/klarnapayments/

    We’ve had previous similar behavior as documented per: https://docs.krokedil.com/article/302-klarna-payments-optimizing-your-woocommerce-cart-checkout-when-using-an-iframe-based-checkout

    To support the above documentation, if you check the browser developer tools-> Sources->wp-content->plugins you should see the klarna-payments-for-woocommerce plugin in the list on the checkout page (as you see in the demo store), but it is missing for your store.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your prompt reply,
    Unfortunately after trying to delete cache/security plugins and reinstalling the klarna plugin the problem is still there.
    I also tried it with Storefront theme.
    Just noticed the plugin doesn’t get removed properly and all the information is stored somewhere such as Klarna user credentials, etc. ( tried even removing all files manually through FTP/c-panel)
    As far as I know we didn’t change HTML, CSS and JS-files and are not using any cart/checkout plugins.
    Is there anything else left that might help to solve the issue?

    *Update*
    Problem caused by the checkout page which was edited by Elementor plugin, I deleted the checkout page and created a new one, so it’s working properly right now.
