Get student detail through lifterlms on web page restricted through membership

Hello everyone
I am posting this for the first time so forgive me for any mistakes.
I am using lifterlms to restrict some web pages. These pages contain some tests for only enrolled students. I am recording their verbal response (audio recording). I need to upload the audio files to a database and for that need to associate some student information like the name… which is provided during sign up. As the page is restricted and only enrolled students can access, there must be some way to get that information.
Is there any lifterlms api that I can use? How can I get it working?
If there is any other way, please suggest it.
