Get time/date from folder structure

  • I am trying to import photos from a backup of a wordpress website of mine. I saved the the wp-upload/media/ folder, and now I want to upload the photos to the new website with the same structure as the original, so the posts will be able to find the pictures.
    The folder structure is the default wordpress upload structure: uploads/2015/09/image.jpg

    I copied the “2015” folder to wp-uploads/media/ in ftp. I am facing a problem when running your plugin, that it is using todays date in the file structure instead of using the date of the original file strucure(2015/09).

    How do I set up the plugin to import with the proper date?

    If checked “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders”, it will move the file at the time of registration to year month-based folders. If you want to register in the same directory, Please uncheck.
