Get title of a page according to its language

Is there a way to get a title for all pages with used languages?
From front page I would like to set an anchor link to a specific page which is translated in more languages, so depending on current set language I need to get title of its page and append an anchor link (which is the same for all).
Something like:Is there a way to do it, or should I do it manually?
