Get USD rate

  • Our website is using USD, when I try to set currency to “United States(US) dollars($)”, I got this error message:

    Canada Post requires that the?currency?is set to Canadian Dollars.

    Here is the current setting:

    Sell to specific countries: Canada, Mexico, United States

    Default customer countries: Shop country/region

    How can we get USD shipping rate?

    Thanks for reaching out @ahpi.

    I’m not aware of my plug showing an error like “Canada Post requires that the?currency?is set to Canadian Dollars.“, could you double check that you don’t have another Canada Post plugin installed or some other settings in WooCommerce?

    In any case, I can tell you that the Canada Post API only returns CAD, not USD. If you wanted to try and convert it you’d need some custom code or another currency conversion plugin.
