Get User id in welcome email

Hello,
I need to send in the welcome email the Id of the user who has just registered. I have activated the html templates and I would like to customize the template and insert the user ID in this template. How can I recall this id? Because I saw that in the ultimate member tags there is no {user_id} for example. Can I enter PHP and call it back? If so how?
