get value from url

I’ve got a problem on getting value from my url.

Example: https://www.mysite.com/location/street-city-province

I have used WP Rewrite to dynamically create permalinks without creating pages on wordpress but somehow when I already need to get the value as I also made an htaccess on it to make it work, I have not able to do that.

Can anyone help me out on this? or somehow know some another ways to do it? Cause from getting that value, is where the page content depends on.
