    Hi Arathra,

    Thanks for updating the topic to let us know you came up with a solution. We’re not able to monitor and reply to this forum daily on this forum as we are having to provide support for our paying customers first via our website, as they have paid for support and updates.

    We try and reply on this forum as much as we can.

    I am a paying customer! When I use the support system you have it takes several days for a reply which is why I prefer this forum.

    Maybe if you brought back the normal forums on your site so customers could share ideas and solutions that would help? I used that a LOT and since you discontinued it then it’s been much worse trying to get support, especially since people often posted solutions to problems which I was having and I could access those solutions immediately.

    Please reconsider re-activating the forums – especially since your customers want them back!

    We will be adding a new forum solution to website within the next 1-2 months depending on development time.
