get_permalink that uses WP_SITEURL

Hello –

Currently get_permalink() gets the current permalink using WP_HOME to build the url. It would be great if there was a mirror function that does the exact same thing but uses WP_SITEURL.

This is particularly useful when you are creating form actions that POST back to the same page. As with the rest of your framework, POST actions should be using WP_SITEURL, but currently I don’t think there is a native way to get the url with WP_SITEURL.
