• I distinctively remember once upon a time Matt saying in the DevBlog that the latest WP incarnation would have pseudo-support for multiple blogs. Well, perhaps not multiple blogs per se but multiple LOOPS for WP content.
Anyway, I’ve gone thru the forums and found this: get_posts().
Problem is, I have no idea what to do with this function primarily because only 3 posts in this forum point to such a function. Secondly, nothing’s written on the wiki on it so there’s hardly any elaboration!
If this is something useful that we all can use (to get around the photolog problem perhaps?), is it reasonably alright to ask for a little small writeup on the function please?
For an illustration on how this would be invalueble to WP users plz see my site at https://www.truedeath.com The small photolog at the side is indeed a WP loop within an IFRAME. I reckon that the get_posts() function will enable me to just spit out “the latest posts from catagory X” quite easily.

  • Zaaba,
We will certainly work on documentation for this. Could you please send a note to me, craig at nuclearmoose dot com, as a reminder and I will get the ball rolling. Thanks! Please don’t hesitate to offer any other suggestions or ideas. They are most welcome.
    Craig.
