get_the_date error

    if i use function get_the_date() and i echo it i get %A, %e %B %Y instead of time. i also have an error on every page (twenty ten theme)[82,141] –> format [82,number] –> that is echo top left before <body> ! how to fix date? how to remove [82,141]–> ???
