I have found a warning:
Notice: get_userdatabylogin not used since 3.3! Use get_user_by(‘login’) + in /wp-includes/functions.php on line 3391Solution:
ip-based-login.php line 149:
$user = get_userdatabylogin($username);
change to
$user = get_user_by(‘login’);
