GetResponse Integration quirks

I recently installed the GetResponse Integration plug-in on my site. The plug-in works fine, but my issue is with the appearance of the widget. No matter what I put in the optional label fields I get a default “Sign Up!” button, which I can live with, and the word “Headline” at the top of the widget, which I cannot. No matter where I move the widget on the site, the word “Headline” appears at the top. I poked around in the editor but I couldn’t find any reference to the word.

I’m here because there is/was no link to a support site for this plug-in.
