Gets a 404 error when you try to save a SONG into a playlist

I get a 404 error when I try to save a song into the playlist. It will let me add the song, add the OGG file, add the image, but as soon as Add Song it gives me a 404 error.
The page it’s trying to bring up is:
https://dev2.ezrichmusic.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=hmp_palylistI did notice that “playlist” at the end was misspelled. Could that be causing the problem?
Anyway, please help.
