Stand down! I switched of a few plugins and it worked I found it doesnt like png files jpg works. Suggest you set aside several hours as it takes awhile to figure it out and get it working but in the end it works Can you buy the pro version out right or is it one of these pay every month or year things?

    Hi @gnfb ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

From my understanding, you are having issues exporting products that contain PNG images. Once the export is completed, you are unable to download the file. Please confirm if we have understood your issue correctly?

We tested the plugin with a PNG image but couldn’t replicate the issue on our end. This seems to be a site-specific issue, possibly due to compatibility with other plugins or configurations.

If possible, could you share a?screen recording?of the issue via?WeTransfer?or any other secure method? This will help us analyze the problem further. Also, if you have any image related plugins on your site, please try disabling it and try exporting.

Regarding the Pro version, it is available as an?annual subscription.

    Hi?@gnfb,

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are pleased to hear that you resolved the issue by converting your PNG images to JPG.

Regarding your question about the Pro version, please note that this forum is dedicated to discussing the free version of the plugin, so it’s not advisable to bring up the Pro version here. For any inquiries related to the Pro version, we recommend checking the information available on the plugin’s official website.
