Gets stuck at the setup page and doesn’t work

  • We used to use RetargetApp/Adwisely for around a year over on Shopify yet, after moving to WC, we were never able to get past the first set up page on this plugin. The support put in an amazing effort in responding to us throughout the many emails we sent trying to get it sorted however, despite the rebrand, it still presents exactly the same issue.

    It truly sucks as the service was amazing when we used it with brilliant results but we literally just can’t get passed the set up page, it just spins forever and none of the many troubleshooting steps we followed would solve that. It has to be an issue on their end and I just pray, one day, they might look into actually fixing it.

    Gutting :/

    Awesome to hear it’s being worked on, I’ll happily update my review when the issue is fixed! But more so, we’re literally just waiting to throw budget at the yourselves if it’s ever able to be fixed and work, so again, gutting that it still isn’t working but hopeful you’ll be able to get it sorted.
