Getting 400 Error

I followed these instructions on setting up my Root AWS keys: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/id_root-user.html#id_root-user_manage_add-key
However, when I go to the Test tab, I get a 400 error. I’m guessing this plugin hasn’t been updated in a few years and Amazon changed API connectivity settings.
