    Hello,

I was looking forward to giving your plugin a try, I’m looking for a pretty simple video carousel in which each video plays in a popup/overlay. However, when I try to save the slider, I am brought to a white page that says:

    403

Access to this resource on the server is denied!

    is this a temporary issue?

    thanks

    Dear treasureseason.

Thank You for posting your question. On admin page there is working some secure functions for protecting that pages from users who will try to open the pages manually. Please when you are trying to upload videos to make slider, don’t keep that page open for a long time. By this way you will not get that error.

    Thank You.

    Hello,

I don’t think that’s the issue since I cannot even save the slider at all. I just tested it by creating two slides very quickly (under 20 seconds) and then saving the final slider and it brings me to 403 error again.

    Dear treasureseason.

Can You please deactivate other plugins which you have on your page then try to save slider? Because we can’t find from where can be that error. On our servers it works without any errors.

    Thank You.

I just deactivated all my plugins and tried to create the slider again and got the same error. It basically does not let me save or create the slider at all :S
