Getting 403 Forbidden Error

  • We migrated hosting providers and started installed the Appointzilla plug-in from scratch. When a user tries to perform a booking when they click on the button and the scheduling window comes up there is a 403 Forbidden error where the calendar should be. We have verified that we get the error when our security plug-ins are enabled or disabled. Please assist with this issue as it is disrupting our workflow, the error message is listed below. Thank you.

    You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/plugins/appointment-calendar/calendar/calendar_form.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
