• Running WordPress 4.1 and installed GoCode 1.3.5

Installed the plugin successfully, and added a key. But, the URL gives a 404 Not Found. It does not look like the plugin is intercepting the /go/ URL pattern, and the local server is responding as “Not Found”.

I’ve removed the plugin, and re-activated it, but no luck. I do not see anything in the .htaccess file. Is there anything more I need to do to allow this plugin to work?

    Thanks.

I don’t expect the plugin owner to reply, as I haven’t seen any replies to the other issues, so I don’t think this plugin is supported.

When you install the plugin, make sure you go to your Settings –> Permalinks, and save the correct permalink option. For me, it’s the “Post Name” option. (The plugin owner should add this to install instructions).

If you are still using the “Post Name” permalink option, and it still gives you a 404, then just re-save the page. This worked for me.
