getting 404 after activating woocommerce

    I have installed the woocommerce plugin but after activating it redirects and gives 404 error.I can’t even access to dashboard …nothing.
    I have deleted with ftp and re-installed several times with no success.
    I tried even changing permalinks with again no success.
    deactivating all other plugins but the same result.
    I have on my sub-domain and assume it does not work on subdomain?
    running wordpress 4.9.10 on appach share hosting.
    any help would be appreciated.

    Hey there!

    It should run on a subdomain with no issues, there’s likely some other server side issues that could be causing this. Can you ask your host for the server error logs for your site, and then you can hopefully see one glaring error that should give you a great place to start in debugging.
