Sorry, I was not clear enough, wp_remote_get is typically used when sending transaction info to payment gateways, the recommendation above is a general recommendation. I was asking for the error logs to check if there was one more piece of information related to the main issue.

Can you please navigate to WooCommerce > status > scheduled actions > pending. Then please run manually the actions that are pending (if applicable), give it a while, then you can try again to install a plugin to check if the installation is a success.

I am happy to say that the issue is gone
My 2 websites mytempl.com and datempl.com are now working perfectly

I deleted .htaccess file and then saved my permalinks again and the issue was gone
