Getting 404 Error Message

  • Getting 404 Error Message.

    Every time someone leaves a comment, it says 404 error message.

    Below all my posts it says No Comment.

    I went into Control Panel, Setting, Discussion,

    They seem all right, It allows comments from anyone, only allow moderation for comments,

    So I am kinda lost, so if anyone can help me solve this annoying problem.

    I would appreciate it.
