Getting 404 error when accessing media

    Updated to WC 3.1.0 and now when I click on “media” in WordPress, I get a page not found for the upload.php . I have checked my files and I have a valid upload.php file.
    I reverted back to 3.0.4 and everything works fine.
    I have tried a different theme and also deactivated all plugins and still with the same results.
    What happened in version 3.1.0 to cause this?
