Getting 404 Error When Form Submits

    When you submit the form it’s giving a 404 error rather than sending the user to the payeezy system. How do I fix this?

    I discovered my issue was caused by WPMU Dev Defender. The issue has now been resolved for me.

    You’re probably getting the 404 error when the form tries to send the form data to pay.php, donate.php, donate-rec.php, or pay-rec.php in the plugin’s folder. The information gathered on the form is first sent to one of these files for formatting before it’s sent to First Data.

    If you have a security plugin installed and running, it may be stopping the form data from being sent from a page or a post to a PHP file in the plugin folder. This has always been the reason for the problem when I’ve been asked to look into it.
