Getting 500 error

  • Hi,

    I am getting below error when I click on
    – PDF Invoice
    – PDF Packing Slip
    buttons. Also, I checked sometime PDF Packing Slip button opens a pdf in new but mostly it’s not working. I have the latest version of your plugin and woocommerce ver 3.4.3.

    What can be the issue? I have checked “Status” tab of the plugin. Everything is green there with WordPress: 128M, PHP: 128M memory.

    Thanks for the reply. I have already followed this guideline but no luck.
    1. Debug output is not giving any specific error.
    2. Memory Limit is already fine.
    3. No custom template is used.

    Hello John,
    Another place you could check for errors is under WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    In the right hand corner you should look for 2 logs, either named ‘fatal-errors-####’ or ‘wpo-wcpdf-###’. Double check that the date/time of the error you find coincides with the actual time of the error.
