Getting 500 when WordPress Address (URL) changed

    I am hosting WP on OpenShift
    It has a default domain “some-custom-namespace.rhcloud.com”
    The plugin is working fine at that time.

    Due to SEO reason, I need to change WordPress Address (URL) to
    “my-custom-domain/blog”
    (Site Address (URL) is also changed)
    And the sitemap.xml/sitemap.html/robots.txt start giving 500 only

    I have also tried deactivated other plugins and access again, still giving me 500
    List of plugins:
    – Absolute-to-Relative URLs
    – OZ Canonical
    – SEO Ultimate
    – W3 Total Cache
    – WP-HTML-Compression

    I am using nginx proxy_pass to pass request to the blog machine (OpenShift)
    The “my-custom-domain” itself is another machine hosted on Heroku

    OK I can’t even access any posts after I changed the WP URL
    So that should be a WP issue, not this plugin’s
