Getting a 404 error off of JS Support Ticket page

We retest it on fresh WP 4.0 and we not get any error.
URL for open ticket something like this
https://www.sitename.com?page_id=4&task=ticket_addticket

I had this also and a small change to my custom permalink setting resolved it:

I changed:
/%postname

to
/%postname/

I used your solution but again same error, Please help me if you know anything about it.
